Highly Refined Pirates is also in its fourth press, which is sold out and I believe the record is currently OOP as a result. It’s Minus The Bear’s first album to get the vinyl treatment and one of their most popular albums. The pressing info is as follows. 1st press: unknown amount of copies on black vinyl, most likely under 1,000. 2nd press: 300 copies on orange and 300 copies on aqua green marble. 3rd press: 300 copies on gold with white and blue and 300 copies on white with black and blue. 4th press: 231 copies on red vinyl, 176 copies on blue vinyl and 17 copies on purple. This purple color is the rarest of all Minus The Bear variants, rarer than some test presses even, and as a result its next to impossible to track down. Majority of them are in the hands of people with complete MTB collections.
