The Killers – Mr. Brightside 7″ (2nd press)

There are two pressings of The Killers debut single. One which came out shortly before their debut album Hot Fuss was released and the other came out a little while after the Hot Fuss was out and both the single and band picked up a lot of steam in terms of air play and popularity. This is that later released single. All copies from this pressing were done on red vinyl and come housed in a black gatefold jacket. Also included is a fold out poster. There were 2,000 copies pressed for the second pressing. the b-side for the second pressing is “Who Let You Go.”

The first pressing was limited to 500 copies on white vinyl and comes in a different jacket than the second pressing. The jacket is white and features different artwork than the second pressing. it also features a different b-side, “Smile Like You Mean It.” Both pressings were released in the UK by Lizard King.
