In 2013 Bars Of Gold released their sophomore album, Wheels. It’s the follow-up to the band’s debut album, Of Gold, which was released on Friction Records. Wheels, however, is released on a different label, Bellyache Records.
Pressing info has never been released, but all copies were pressed on black vinyl. Every copy comes not only with a download code, but a CD copy of the album as well. Considering some labels don’t even include a download card/code, Bellyache went above and beyond with the extras included with Wheels. The label also opted for the printed dust sleeve route instead of including an insert. If you pre-ordered or bought copies directly from Bellyache records the bands also threw in some extra goodies, such as bicycle playing cards with random scribbling from the band or sheets of paper with random doodles/drawings on it with a note from the band thanking you for your support. At a certain point these extra goodies stopped being included with orders, and they were never included if you bought a copy of the album from a distro.
